The hole

It snuck up on you. You were going about your normal daily life, then one day you realized that something was off. Sure, you have had off days before and you would give it a day or sleep it off. Not this time. It’s been weeks now. You feel like you are in a hole. There is a heaviness to it. It is not just affecting you now and how you perceive yourself, it is influencing your relationships, your job, it dampens your interests in things you used to enjoy. You don’t recognize yourself; you want to return to the old you.

You are not alone. We can work together to pull yourself out of this hole. To reconnect with yourself and regain control of your headspace. First, we need to understand the pressures, the experiences, the pain, the discontentment that brought you here. Then we can stick our two feet in the ground, stand tall, shoulders back and climb out.
